About
What this site is
Daily News is a language-learning tool that uses AI to generate short, readable articles inspired by current topics.
The articles are designed to help learners practice reading in a structured way, with content available at different difficulty levels rather than a single one-size-fits-all version.
The focus is on comprehension, vocabulary exposure, and consistency — not breaking news.
How it works
Each article is generated in multiple difficulty levels.
- Read the same topic at a level that suits you
- Gradually move up in difficulty as your confidence grows
- Focus on meaning rather than decoding every word
Content is refreshed regularly so there is always something new to read.
How to use it
There’s no single right way to use the site, but many learners find it helpful to:
- Choose a level that feels slightly challenging
- Read for meaning before focusing on individual words
- Compare the same article across different difficulty levels
- Use new vocabulary as prompts for further study
Short, regular reading sessions are usually more effective than long, infrequent ones.
What this site is (and isn’t)
This site is a learning tool and an experiment in using AI thoughtfully for education.
It is not a source of real news reporting, and all articles are generated using AI for educational purposes.
Current status
This is an early version (v1). Features may change, improve, or disappear as the project evolves.
Feedback from real use is an important part of that process.
